I really, really fear I won't be able to hand in my assignment on time. Or that it will suck utterly.
At least, when I'm done, it's my Christmas holiday. But I haven't bought any presents yet, so that's not even good enough.

Hang in there! Just take it one step at a time - it might be comforting to have a plan, and then you can see how you're progressing as you cross things off. Plus, if you have a plan of what presents you're going to buy it becomes a case of 'I know what I'm going to get, I just haven't got it yet.'
