I've loved Rose of Versailles since when I read it, about 10 years ago, so I'm pretty excited to be able to watch the live version of the story. I love Oscar, Andre is a sweetheart, Rosalie is a darling, Marie Antoinette I sympathyzed with, Fersen and Louis (both kings) I wanted to kick

Yes, I agree with you muchly on your review. I might attempt a more detailed review some time, because some scenes are just... yeah. And some remind me of scenes from other cracktastic shows. Like that boat scene with Fersen & MA, I expected Chibiusa from Sailor Moon, or better yet, Sera Myu, to drop from the sky and fall onto Fersen's lap ^^

And yes, that duet dance... I have no words for it. I suspect the choreographer has a grudge against these two ^^;
