There's no proof of autodebet for my tuition fee?

The administration from campus just called, inquiring whether I've paid my tuition fee or not. I have and told them so. They're concerned that the Debetmonster might have messed up my account, like it did with other people. Nooo! Sorry, I haven't been able to find them online myself ^__^. I had to rely on my own ears to transcribe 'Wickeder'. Not exactly 100% correct, but it'll have to do.
