yesterday felt so weird. i ended up working late for celeste cos she was sick..and that was fine i need the money and i wanted to help her but i just felt like shit yesterday. i just kept having awful thoughts yesterday. they were so persistent too. it sucked. after work i went and hung out with elizabeth for a bit. her new apt is really nice

My birthday was this weekend, and coincidentally I felt like crap, which sucked that it happened to fall on my birthday. I didn't want to socialize with anyone or anything. After a couple of days of moping and being miserable, I finally had a good cry directly followed by a nap. Today I feel much, much better. I hope you do too. :)
