it's still hard to believe that he's gone.
i'm not good with coping with things or something,
but oddly enough, I feel as if he's still here....
Maybe not in the same exact way, but I swear he's still here with me

I'm so sorry to hear that, Brooke. You will find a way to cope with it, it takes longer for some of us and we all do it in different ways. The beautiful thing about it is that he is still with you and will always be and after you grieve, having him with you will be a peaceful feeling.
I'll be home in a month, I hope to see you. Hope you feel better soon.
