What is the situation?
Would any advice about low-budget travel in the UK help?
The best-value accommodation that is relatively easy to find is probably going to be Youth Hostels (look online for yha). The ones outside larger cities will be cheaper than the ones in cities. The cheapest way to get anywhere is probably going to be by National Express bus.
The cheapest supermarket chain is (generally) Tesco.
Museums are usually free, unless privately owned.
