Day Two: Nine Things About Yourself

1. I *really* want to cut my hair really short (after I'm tired of it being long) but I'm afraid to for two reasons. 1) I'm not thin and short hair often doesn't look good on girls who aren't super skinny. 2) I'm worried it'll make people think I'm trying to be butch or androgynous and stereotype me.

2. My body is ( Read more... )

1 and 4 kinda contradict each other. :)

Leave your hair long. It's hella beautiful. ;)

LOL No they don't. I said I want to cut it *after* I get tired of the length. And I will. :) I've been growing my hair for a LOOONG time so I love that it's finally at a long length. But I always want to cut my hair as soon as it's long and grow it out as soon as it's short. It's just my nature. lol But thank you. I love my long hair. It's not going away anytime soon. :)

I agree with so many of these. (: Also, Charlotte/Addison for the win! ♥ Oh, body aches. Story of my life. Usually I have the desire to cut my hair, but lately I've just wanted it long. It's down to my bum now and the real desire to cut it hasn't come back yet, but I'm okay with that! I like long hair. :D

Addison/Charlotte would be so effing hott! OMG! I'm drooling just thinking about it! Though I do love Charlotte and Cooper. :) They have a fantastic chemistry between them.

I always want to cut my hair as soon as it's long and then start growing it as soon as I cut it. I'm just never happy. lol But I am enjoying my long hair right now. I just think that the next time I cut it it's going to end up a rather extreme cut. :)

I think I wrote two friendship/femslash-goggle stories about Charlotte/Addison once, just the sorts that followed along with the first and second season and all the things that went on. I used to love doing that when I watched Grey's or Private Practice. Nowadays not so much. Who knows!

Extreme cuts are totally fun! I had my hair super short when I first cut it and went through a few fun styles with colours and cuts. Right now I'm just so loving it long. I do miss having shoulder-length hair a bit - I used to love the curls then.

I've thought about writing some Addison/Charlotte... but I'm so uninspired to write. Plus, I don't know if I could really write Charlotte well. :/

Natural curls? I love my hair curly but it doesn't hold for any length of time. The only way I can get my hair to hold a curl is to put it in rollers while it's wet and let it dry that way. And then they're *crazy* curls. Plus, it takes so much work! lol I love curly hair... sigh. Mine is boring and straight... just barely wavy when it's short.

Gah, doesn't sound well whatever it is that is going on with your body! But you know what they say in the world of ballet: 'When you wake up and nothing is hurting you're probably dead.' ^^ I know, I know, not really comforting. Hope your body gets back to normal anytime soon!

And what a great idea for the pairing! I just don't have anyone with Addy to ship with. As far as I am with watching, I really hate the idea of her and Sam, since I really liked their friendship and they have no sexual chemistry whatsoever to me. :/ But yeah, she and Charlotte would make an amazing pairing! *starts dreaming*

LOL I would just like to be able to move before I die... you know? haha

You know, I liked Sam and Addison *before* they became a couple. When they were all angsty and denying their feelings and all that. But once they actually decided to go for it, they lost their chemistry. Unfortunately that's pretty common. I really like Cooper and Charlotte so I wouldn't mind if they stayed together... but if for some reason they broke up I definitely wouldn't mind if Charlotte and Addison decided to do some experimenting. ;) mmmm Maybe Shonda could redeem herself a little for what she did with Callica.

;) Of course I know what you're saying. Like when I had my little finger broken the last two months, it was *that* annoying even though you would tend to think a little finger is quite a small problem. One is so much more thankful for everythink that isn't hurting in such times. Maybe taking a hot bath from time to time would help? I don't know?

I often wonder why it's like that pretty often, that those will they/ won't they-couples lose their spark when they're finally together. Shouldn't we as the viewers treasure the love that is actually happening more than the one that isn't? Mysterious it is! And I agree, Cooper and Charlotte are such a good couple! And Addison should definitely do a lot more experimenting. There's so much redemption to do for Shonda, she should better start now and still won't be finished when she's 80...!

Definitely! I cut my finger yesterday and now I've got this giant piece of gauze under a bandage around the tip of my finger and though it doesn't hurt too much... it makes it hard to do so much. Including typing. And showering was just ridiculous because I was trying not to get soap in it. I had it wrapped in plastic and duct taped! haha It didn't keep all the water out but kept soap from getting in my fresh cut and hurting. You don't realize how precious things are until something makes them difficult or impossible to do. :\

I know! I think it's our anticipation of what *could* be. It was like that with Callie and Erica. And then Shonda went and fucked up something that could have been great because they didn't lose their chemistry. Even with Callie panicking and jumping into bed with Mark and all that BS. She definitely has a lot to make up for. She just can't let lesbians be happy. Bitch. LOL
