So. The Finns? They are sober, introverted, respectable, and respectful people. Except when they drink. And when they drink, they drink to drunkeness (to quote from a travel guide to Finland). And then they become wild and hilarious

LOL. I love your descriptions of the Finnish dancers! My mother lived in Finland for a while and says that she had the same essential experience, albeit 30 years earlier.
