1) We have a season two premiere date!

Yay! Happy for Andre. Totally deserved.

I'm thrilled for Andre - and I'm surprised more of the cast didn't get nominated.

I'm more surprised that the show didn't get nominated. Not because I don't think the rest of the cast deserves to get nominated, but because the Emmys are so political and a lot of the cast isn't that well-known to the Emmy voters. Andy is probably the most likely to get nominated after Andre.

I think the way next year's Globes go might continue to influence things; I wouldn't be shocked if Melissa, Terry and Chelsea eventually get nods a bit down the line. The categories were a real mess this year on the comedy side.
