Will karma come around? (2 Rants in 1)

Ok, I'm not sure how karma is going to be dealing a hand to me after my latest letter. I ordered a bunch of stuff from DharmaCraft.com and asked for 2nd Day Air. Placed the order on Feb 16 and wont' receive the shipment until the 22nd. Which is too late for what I need. I'll be gone by then

Of course, the woman called the first time and I told her she could stop by anytime. She said she'd come by the next day, but then never showed up. The next time we hear from her is the call yesterday, when she says she's tried to stop by several times.

Also, you failed to mention that she said she's come by during our posted hours of 11-7, but we don't, in fact, open until 12, as our sign clearly says.

Just like the woman who came in yesterday. "Well, I tried to stop in on Monday, but no one was here." That's because we're closed on Monday. "Oh, I didn't know that." It's on the sign on the door. "I didn't even see that."

Sometimes you just can't make people happy no matter what you do.
