do you use photoshop? if you do, here's how i do it:

select all (ctrl+a)

press and hold ctrl+shift+c (this will copy all layers together)

paste the new layer (ctrl+v)

go to filter > blur > radial blur

from there, you can pick where the center of the blur goes, how strong you want it to be, etc.! hope that helps. :D
