Crack Opinions Time!
I firmly believe that Wyatt was originally supposed to be Cole and Phoebe's son.
Now I know some of you have heard me speak of this before and may or may not agree. But in the interests of livening up this place, I give you....
Nine reasons why I believe Wyatt is actually Cole and Phoebe's son.
1)
Cole/The Source: A son? You saw a son in my future?
The Seer: More than a son. You and Phoebe Halliwell will produce the most powerful child the magical world has ever seen.
Cole/The Source: That's my boy.
Marry Go Round
Crone: The witches have nothing compared to... This child is powerful beyond your understanding. What I have foreseen, is not to be ignored.
Baby's First Demon
Kinda coincidental that Cole and Phoebe's son was supposed to be the most powerful magical being in the world...and then suddenly Piper and Leo's son was. Things that make you go hmmm.

Doctor: I've got your test results here but I can't find your chart. When are you due?
Piper: Uh, six weeks.
The Day the Magic Died
Wyatt was born six weeks premature by Piper's calculations. Or...right on time if he was conceived by Phoebe several weeks earlier. :D

Paige: Oh. Is that what I think it is?
Phoebe: Uh, if you're referring to Mr. Winkie between the legs, yes.
Leo: You mean, I got a boy?
The Day The Magic Died
Everyone was shocked Wyatt was a boy. Piper saw a daughter in her future. The future did change, obviously, since Prue died, but the Halliwell line has always run strong to girls.
Plus, you know, the Seer specifically said that Cole and Phoebe's child was a boy.

Cole/The Source: Absolutely. (Phoebe and Piper head for the stairs. Piper takes a chocolate as she passes and eats it.) Uh, Piper?
Piper: What?
Cole/The Source: Nothing, it's okay. (He laughs a little.)
The Fifth Halliwheel
Piper did eat the chocolate to prepare her for carrying the Source!Spawn. So despite her womb being a rocky place where Leo's seed could find no purchase, she could carry the Baby of All Evil.

Grams: So what is something went wrong. Terribly wrong. This is not the baby you were meant to have.
Necromancing the Stone
Yeah, yeah, I know, Grams was cranky because Wyatt was a boy. Or maybe, just maybe, she was picking up on something else.

Phoebe: And do me a favor and kiss his little toes for me when he wakes up.
Leo: When are you going to talk to her?
Piper: Oh, she's just excited.
Leo: Excited, obsessed.
Piper: Why? Because she wants to watch her nephew sleep?
Leo: No, because yesterday she was giving you breast feeding advice and now she wants maternity leave.

Phoebe was waaaaaaaay crazy obsessed with the baby. Just sayin'.

Wyatt definitely is proficient with demonic powers. Of course, he has Whitelighter abilities, too, but that was a retcon methinks. :)

Twice-blessed. Twice?
Good . . . and evil? Well, he didn't get that from Leo, that's for sure.
