well, I was a little worried about the whole vandalism thing at first, but that almost PUSA thing really tied the whole plan together. I'd take the plywood route. vandalizing actual property is a bit too much for me.

something to think about is commisioned art (who knows, there could be a lot of storeowners who would want free murals)
