suggest revision to section IV, as I could murder someone and claim it was an act of self-expression. Yes, the self-expression is inherently criminal and counter-society, but section IV does not include any words to the effect that such criminality would remove someone's protection under the provisions of that section.

Section IX, spot on, it's a pet peeve of mine that someone's photograph can be used as a form of harrassment. as much as I dislike celebrities for their ridiculously excessive lifestyles, I can't help but feel that they'd be a little less crazy if only people would stop treating them crazily, ie, stalking them whether as fans or people acting "on behalf of the fans" who smugly cite the right to report anything deemed "newsworthy" despite the fact that their harrassment might very well be the cause of something newsworthy...
