ALRIGHT!! Since half the city apparently has no idea how this works, I'm going to explain it slowly, clearly, and in accurate detail. If anybody has any problems with the discussion of the sexual relations between two people--be they male or female--please turn off your communicators.

That said, I'll begin simply.

JAPAN. IS NOT. PREGNANT. Japan cannot get pregnant. It is physically impossible for a male to be pregnant, no less, give birth to a child.

Now to the basics. I'll start with the female reproductive system. ((INSERT PICTURE. HELL NO AM I LINKING YOU GUYS SHIT.))

A woman has what is called a vaginal opening, through which a child passes through. Beyond that is the uterus, in which a child is nursed and carried during the process of pregnancy. On each side of the uterus are the Fallopian tubes, which attach the uterus to the ovaries--the egg carrying cases in the female. This is where a human starts out, whether you believe it or not.

The male reproductive organ is called a penis. ((ANOTHER PICTURE)) It is a cylindrical organ that hangs from the front pelvic region of a man. If you have something down there, then yes, that is your penis. Behind that are what is called the Testicles, which carries millions of sperm. Sperm carry the male half required to make a child.

MEN DO NOT CARRY EGGS, HAVE A UTERUS, OR A VAGINAL OPENING.

During sexual intercourse--also called sex, the male inserts the penis into the vaginal opening--also called a vagina. Through it, the sperm are ejaculated in a mixture called semen. Once inside the uterus, the semen go through a sort of "race" to the woman's ovaries, in a barbaric attempt to find an egg inside the Fallopian tubes. Only one of these sperm will be successful, if any at all.

From that, it's obvious. The egg soon moves into the uterus, and is nurtured inside the woman for nine months, after which a child will be born.

Now. The scenario with Japan. Japan is a male. Japan has male reproductive organs. Japan DOES NOT have any female reproductive parts. As such, it is impossible for him to nurture any kind of child inside him.

If anybody is confused or has any questions in regards to the differences between a man and a woman, or the process of making a child, they may place them here. I'm no doctor, but this should be common knowledge.

((TL;DR: This is how babies are made. ALSO! forgot to mention. Germany's approaching sickness or whatever so yea he's got a cough in the comments.))
