I took pictures with the real camera too; I'll send you some. The real trick is deciding what color the gobstoppers will be.

I actually love NYC at Xmas time. It's crowded and people can be crabby, but you can spend 2 hours riding the bus down 5th Ave and just watch all the people ogling, the people shopping, the kids oohing and the love oozing, no matter how curmudgeonly people may be trying to seem.

Ach, here's to hoping for that job that lets me be bi-coastal!

I need one of those bicoastal jobs, too! I've been dating a NYC guy for a few months, and every time I visit, I am continually impressed at how expensive everything is.
