I tweak it and leave out what I don't want. Joanie makes it with turkey. I have done that too and it is great. AND EASY.

I have already started with the taco soup. Yum. But I hate this time of year. Hello I suffer from depression and it gets 200 times worse this time of year. Not to distract you from the soup though. Because I love soup.

Sunlight helps, I heard. Can you eat lunch outside? Or maybe get one of those lamps.
