But then it's still frozen to the deck.
I try to pick it up just before the snow hits. Nothing quite like shoveling into dog poop.

I chip it off the sidewalk with a spade. Frozen poo is the best poo.

Man, I haven't had a lot of luck with doing that. I won't go into detail other than that I prefer it unfrozen.
