Hey, does anyone else want my script for turning pdfs into cbzs? It uses imagemagick and gs, and needs a fuckton of CPU, although if your machine is newer than mine, which > 5 yo, you won't have problems.

I don't even know what a cbz IS, but I'm oddly intrigued anyway.

cbz (or cbr) is a format for turning a bunch of images into a comic book, pioneered (I think?) by comic piraters. Which means that obviously when the industry started selling comics digitally, they couldn't use it, despite it being objectively superior in every way.
