Nope, you are thinking of some other person's dog, as I do not have a sister-in-law. I just found this one wandering loose.

Hooray for rescuing wandering dogs! I'm glad you did. That's one of my hobbies. It can be particularly difficult with that combination. Even the most placid pitbull can be convinced to get in a fracas and man things go downhill fast from there. Mine is some sort of mix and if the strange dogs I bring home aren't trying to challenge her and want to play, everything's okay, but if they start pushing at her it takes a lot of high-volume discussion to convince her to leave them alone.
