our chickens like to go up into the rafters of the barn... that can be about 12-14 ft high in some spots...

Put a couple of Geese in there and see if the roosters have the balls to fight with something that bites back =3

Also, check outside and try to find out the reason the chickens want to leave the area. Maybe it could be something you can put inside.

They are just getting out to go explore and chase more bugs :)

Actually I do have several large white ducks in there, and its funny when the roosters try and intimadate them, then lower their heads and plow into em, and then bite ahold of some feather, leaving the roosters screaming like lil girls.
