It is soooo freaking annoying because all I want is to TALK TO SOMEONE...a real person, not a freakin' computer and I have to jump through hoops to do so. And yeah, no matter what credit card company you go with, getting ahold of a real person is always impossiable. Keep in mind, they make all their money off of interest, so they save money by not hireing people to answer the customer service calls... hehehe.
