With the exception year round of Alan Shepard. Based on my other apt queries as of late, I bet he's charging at least 1700 bucks for that place now since it's 1300 for a two bedroom anywhere worth living in wicker park. yes i am. I moved to Brooklyn (Greenpoint) in May and I love it except for the silly little hipsters.
