A very busy week...and now I am going to take a nap!

Monday - Gavin started swimming lessons today!  He is going 3 x a week through the summer.  It is intense and I dread driving over to Pacific Beach 3 times a week, but I really want him to be a good swimmer - or at least to know what to do if he falls in the pool.  He seems to like it...we will see how it goes!

OMG! What a fun and busy week. I can't believe all the fun things you guys are doing. And wow, that moms group at the W Hotel sounds totally amazing. I would be there every week for sure! :)

Good for you for running so far this morning. I've always been in awe of your running. I wish my bum knee would let me get back to jogging. I've been in PT for it since January and while it's a bit better, I don't see myself running any 1/2 marathon any time soon. You're my hero.

To post pics you need to upload your pictures to a hosting website (alot of people use Photobucket, Flickr or Picasa--unfortunately, Shutterfly isn't compatible--such a pain), then copy the picture location from the hosting site and post them here. It take a little practice to get it figured out, but you will. Let me know if you have any questions.

Well, I wish I lived somewhere warmer after reading all the stuff you did! Hmm, basically this time of year we still have snow and it is still cold. No outdoor activities for us!

I would SO be at the W for that if I lived there!

I hear you - I lived in Saint Louis for a year after college and was never so greatful to be home to California. I think the seasons are neat, though....it is hard to get into the Christmas spirit when it is 70 degrees out, you open presents, and then head to the swimming pool (which is how my family did it for many years!!!)

Hi!!! Okay, I messed up...it isn't by Mara Hoffman, but by Julie Brown. I was debating between two and ended up with the Julie Brown Cross Back Long Jersey dress in Lollipop. I am not sure how to paste a photo on livejournal yet, but here is the website:

It is in the bottom left corner. I LOVE the new style of longer dresses, with gold bangles or wrap bracelet and gold flats. I am 5' 7, so you may have to wear heels. GOld ones would be awesome!

Beware - I have really expensive taste and always blow my wad on one or two things...much to my husband's horror!

OMG, can I join your mommy group.. tanning and drinking... hello!! Yeah, I envy you right now. I think I was at work while you were doing that.

So nice to see I have another online mommy friend that does a lot of things with their child. I just take photos of my kid. He's so missing out.
