I sent them my evaluation form so I could just keep my insurance with them and then a few weeks later in the mail I get a notice from them telling me that my insurance will end soon since I didn't send them my evaluation form. Awesome. I called and they told me they never received it. So they would have to send me a new one to send in and that

Yeah sometimes getting a song stuck in your head can be awful. It just never wants to go away until another one takes its place.

Yeah they're pretty awful. I'm thankful that it exists, but the way they do business is just so disorganized it's ridiculous.

Not a fan of MassHealth in the least. They give patient's such a run around. Half of the time, patient's aren't even sure what plan they've gotten. What they sign up for isn't what they're given.

Yeah, they suck, but I'm back on and can go back to having insurance again which is good so that's all that really matters. The process just should have been a lot more simple.
