I'll absolutely shit myself with surprise if I don't fail at least one class this semester. I'm not even going to my photo III class today. The final is due, but I have no way of turning in anything that I could possibly be proud of. In fact, I can't really turn in anything at all...my computer won't accept the files from my digital camera

Last semester was the exact same thing with me. A change of major and selection of classes that better reflected my interests made this semester 100% better; don't know if that's really an option for you, but changes can help a lot. Plus, a little sympathy from someone who went through the same hell.

Wow, I haven't heard from you in a long time. I miss you, muneca!
Well, this semester's classes kicked ass. I absolutely loved four out of the five of them, but I just got off to a bad start and it's the end of the semester, and I'm still lagging behind. Note to self: Don't be an art major if you're not an artist. It's really a horrible idea. A change of schools would be great to get me on a better path, but it's not looking very possible right now.
Next year will be better...that's what I keep telling myself.

When do you leave for that New York job?

The plan for New York is June 17th, but I need to figure out when exactly because my parents can't get me up there ON the 17th. Need to find out what the policy is on arriving early/late.
Think there might be an opportunity for a bonfire before then? I've got a little bit of extra wood from a project I was hoping to consume in such a social gathering.
