January was pretty good. My boy was home for three weeks of it. I baked him lots of cookies, and got him all set for his return to college with a doctor visit, a booster shot, and a covid test. He also got his second tattoo with his Christmas gift certificate. The girlfriend spent a lot of that time with us, so I did a lot of cooking for everyone

I don't think your boy has too much to worry about - that's the age when you're *supposed* to do slightly stupid things.

And my college dorm had heating like that! Our building was 100 years old, so they really kept it cranked in the winter, so I kept the window open (and sometimes let in a little snow). Hope you didn't put away your summer jammies, lol.

I hope so! He has his meeting with the Dean of Students this morning, so we'll see what happens.

It was such a relief last night to have the temp down to a more manageable 72. I know the heat will be cranked back up this Friday and maybe Saturday with the incoming storm and drop back down in temp. I never put away any of my summer things! LOL!

Come to think of it, my freshman dorm was like that, too. And my roommate was a lizard and I'm a penguin, so we were constantly battling over opening the window. ::grins::
