Birthday Trilogy: Part One
The beat of the music pounded gently in the background. We had been dancing all night, never leaving each others arms. With each song, the gap between us grew smaller. I buried a hand in her silky brunette locks and stared intently into her eyes. I stepped impossibly closer, placing my one of my legs between hers. Her eyes closed briefly, before opening again slowly, her normal shade of blue ten times darker. I closed the final few centimetres and crushed my lips against hers, still amazed after all this time at how soft they are. She eventually pulled away, breathing heavily and rested her forehead against mine.
"You're confident tonight" she said, just loud enough for her to be heard over the music.
I leaned forward so my mouth was near her ear. "It's hard to resist when you're looking so hot" I breathed, smirking when I heard her gulp.
She pulled my head back in front of her and slowly eyed me up and down, pausing slightly at my breasts. She finally met my eyes again, her eyes even darker than before. The smirk was instantly wiped off my face.
"You're so sexy" she whispered, grabbing my face and kissing me hard. Our lips mashed together and her tongue swiped across my bottom lip, begging for entrance. I complied happily, and we quickly started fighting for dominance. The people around us disappeared, and it felt like there was only me and Sophie in the room. Her hands slithered down to my hips and pulled me against her roughly. I grunted softly and felt her smile against my lips. Oxygen soon became a problem, and I started to feel extremely light headed. I pulled away slowly, gasping for air.
"That was..." I trailed off, grinning like an idiot.
"Wow" she agreed, with a smile identical to my own.
I glanced around the room and noticed that everyone was staring at us in shock. Blood filled my face and I buried my face in the crook of Sophie's neck.
"Oh God" I moaned, extremely embarrassed.
She giggled and wrapped her arms loosely around my waist.
"That girl from church is giving me right evils, think she might fancy you" she muttered to me when the chatter started up again.
My head shot up and I stared at her in shock. She looked at my face and burst into laughter, a few tears slipping down her face.
"Oh my god" she gasped out. "Your face!"
I narrowed my eyes at her playfully and pulled her in for another kiss.
"I only have eyes for you" I said, when we parted for air.
"Love you" she said happily.
"Love you too."
