I've been wanting to post about this but I can't get on the board so... I'm in the market for a magazine, the print kind, and I'd like some suggestions. My subscription to Time Out New York recently expired and I'm looking for a less localized replacement, with intelligent reviews and articles about movies, music, books, art etc. Continental U.S. ( Read more... )

No thank you to "Entertainment Weekly." Don't know "Paste", though. I mentioned TONY, I'm looking for something a little smart, like that.

I used to have a subscription to Entertainment Weekly, if only because I could read the whole thing cover-to-cover in an hour or so--which isn't true of, say, The Atlantic Monthly. EW aims more for popcorn than intelligent discourse, and probably has a pro Time-Warner bias, but it's not bad.

Assuming you're dead set on the dead-tree edition of information that's duplicated on the internet, of course.
