Just heard from the doc... graceysbane  is out of surgery, all went well, except for one Murphy - there's a fire alarm going n for an incident way at the other end of the building - they won;t let me in to see 'er or such till that's fixed. but Yay! the surgery is done!

The fire turned out to be a busted elevator motor going foom, I think... All is well. She's likely to be in the Hospital till Sat. in the AM.

She's sore, but presently looped on Demerol. :-)
