The next 10 days cannot go fast enough. Even with a one-week vacation, the past 4 days have felt like a month. I came back to work on Wednesday and was on call Thursday night. One death and 3 admissions of people trying to die later, I was ready to pack it in. Call tomorrow, and then Tuesday and then the following Monday. And then I'll never have
