Kashi cereal

You know the Kashi commercials where they say that the stuff contains no cardboard? That may well be true.
However, what it does seem to contain is very, very stale SugarSmacks and apparently gravel.

Two thumbs down.

I tried the oatmeal-chocolate chip Kashi cookies recently and was pleased with them. I'll stay away from the cereal though.

I've tried some and for the most part I agree with you. The possible exception is the Go Lean Crunch. Its not too bad. However even if I like it, it does not like me.

it may contain no cardboard but remember with todays food science it is possible to replicate the taste and texture of almost anything ;)
