The sound made when a person turns "inside out". It is caused when the lungs are crushed and the wind is forced out of the mouth, the effects of turning inside out alter the position of your tounge to make the sound "Mervlack".
The toxic gas caused him to turn inside out. He screamed "MERVLACK!" -

26 years ago today I was cut out of my mother, so as to keep the both of us alive. They doctors didn't think i'd make it long....... My mother would like to think that god' kept me alive............I know the truth of it though, I stayed alive due to my stubbornness.......
