yeah same here re: congestion. Some people were walking in a horizontal line by the 3km mark blocking everyone behind who were trying to run. I got so pissed off I shouted "Excuse me, you fucking shitheads!". Didn't care if they said anything in response cause i had my ipod plugged in anyway. LOL.

i've been training a bit lah, just running 5ks and swimming a lot. pushed myself really hard towards the last 2 km or so.
