Weekend Consumption

Friday night beer was consumed in honor of D's birthday, and though my stay was short it was nice to be out and about. My first visit to Carson City Saloon and they had some good beer on tap, attentive waitstaff and thankfully, good music that wasn't so loud that I couldn't hear the conversation.

I agree that the best thing about our visit to The Library was the company :) Food there is very overpriced and nothing exciting. However, the beer selection is awesome.

Will you get instantly rejected if you do baked tofu? I find it has a nice texture and is nice and simple. Plus, probably better for you than frying. You can slice it up and brush it with something flavorful before baking to get a little bit of a crust.

This is my only tofu knowledge...
