To be honest, those three phrases are perhaps the most gramatically correct sentence structures I've seen in years. Especially if they were able to actually pronounce the word artheritis correctly.
Most quotable phrase I've heard as of yet?
"In dat muns time, yoo say dat he woun hep yew?"
Translation: "In that month's time, you are saying that he wouldn't help you?"
My sister and I still quote that lady to this day. Wise words to live by.
