If your sinuses are all clogged up I know a sinus spray that will clear them out for about 8 hours so you can sleep. It's called Afrin.

Goooooood stuff... use it only at night though so you don't get addicted.

so far it's been a tylenol and sudafed combo, two each, three times a day and then nyquil at bedtime. for me it's been a decongestant thing not a antihistamine thing- something about drying out vs stuffing up. i guess if you're clogged up and stuffy then and antihistamine will just try to dry you up, which just makes it worse. but if you're runny then its different. 'cept i'm usually both, so i guess you have to figure out which is worse. so there it is - mommy advise as tranlated through me.
