today marks the 4th anniversary of the death of my beloved friend morgan. i still have all the notes we wrote to each other in high school, videos of us laughing and gossiping and wearing too-dark lipstick. i still think of her on sunny days as i speed down the freeway, wind in my hair with the goo goo dolls on blast. love and miss you, mmr ♥

things are quite relaxed around here these mild october days. i spend nearly every waking hour with my darling baby girl, as i have since the day we brought her home with us. i've said it before, but i feel so, so lucky to have the luxury of being with her <3

after nearly a month of packing and other preparations, ryan, ellie and i are finally getting settled at the hayward house. while the decision to move back here after more than a year in our dublin apartment was a tough one, i think i speak for both ryan and myself when i say we're happy to be back.
