It's good to hear that after he sanctions the churning out of human life like its toilet paper for bioresearchers, that Obama will ensure that the "research is conducted ethically."

(I suppose I am feeling a bit inflammatory today, yes.)

He wants to only use the stuff someone else already put in a closet and labelled "toilet paper." As opposed to building the toilet paper factory. I'd say there's a big difference in policy, but, yes, little difference in effect.
