Today I bought a cheeseburger.

The cheese was placed on the outside of the bun for some reason.

This ranks #2, however, as one time I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot to put meat in it.

How does one manage to put the cheese on the outside of the bun without realizing something is wrong?
