I'm so sorry. With things as they are do you, at least, get to live in the house you made beautiful?

Nope. That is the asking price to sell it. The bank will take the loss, so I guess it could be worse, but all that work to eseentially avoid the bank losing more money. Sweet.

Also, I still have to do more work to likely clear a home inspection (or a bastard buyer who smells blood), namely repair the back steps (and pay for the materials), build new bulkhead steps as they have collapsed, finish wiring the bathroom closet, and probably concrete stucco the attic chimney. Just what I wanted, more labor for nothing!
