Tumblr doesn't really have separate communities and you wouldn't be able to really have snarks. You could set up submissions for your blog but I'm not sure how long you can make your posts. And you wouldn't be able to insert pictures or videos into a post. It would be one blog run by the mods and then people could submit snarks but again, I don't know how long submissions are allowed to be.

Just got the new TOS also? It was in Russian for me, and I had to alter the URL to get it in English, and it very clearly wasn't written by a native-speaker of English. So I think something's going to happen as well pretty soon ( ... )

That's weird. I could see mine in English when it popped up. I've got a translator add on for my browser so it can translate Falco websites for me to read. It didn't pop up so I know it didn't translate it for me.

And no, what you're saying doesn't sound silly at all. I love coming here and laughing at the snarks on days when I feel really down. It makes me feel a bit better. :)

It's not silly! And this community isn't going anywhere. I do plan on keeping it on LJ as long as possible, but want a backup plan just in case. So far DW works.

You're right that tumblr wouldn't really work. It's not the right platform.
