Reading from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel's election web site, the total votes for the House of Representative in Wisconsin was 1,443,190 Dem, 1,399,871 Rep, 9,253 Other. Wisconsin elected five Republicans and three Democrats with this vote distribution.

I thought to myself, "Gerrymandering," even before I saw your tag.

In Michigan, almost all of the state representatives and Congressional representatives were elected with more than 60% of the votes. Some got more than 90%. The Republican-dominated legislature here has taken gerrymandering to new depths.

It makes some sense to me. It is known as voter distribution... I would suspect that the democrats are from more heavily populated districts in Madison and/or Milwaukee.
