My reasoning on the Hobby Lobby case is that permitting employers to disregard laws on specific religious grounds, the government is violating the First Amendment by elevating that employer's religious beliefs above the beliefs of the employees who are having the employer's beliefs imposed on them.
My expectation on the Hobby Lobby case, unfortunately, is that certain justices will vote according to their personal beliefs and not according to the Constitutional principles involved.
