So, I was turning out of my street parking spot on Bardstown Road near Sapporo and preparing to rejoin traffic. I had earlier noticed some kids on their bikes on the sidewalk. I had my turn signal on and, after scoping out a wide open gap in traffic, proceeded to enter traffic
