Poor Uncle Teddy.  This is surprising to me for a number of reasons...

1.  Stevens is very popular in Alaska.  Srsly.
2.  A juror went missing over the weekend (probably because his/her father died).
3.  An alternate juror was only sworn in this morning.

This adds to the strong possibility that the Democrats may have 60 seats in the Senate at the end

Not that I liked Ted Stevens and not to start a huge political discussion, but I actually don't wan the democrats to get the magic 60. Even if I wasn't a Republican I would want SOME semblance of checks and balances.
