I was paying attention and had to read twice to ensure I understood correctly. I've got a bottle of garam masala I've never used outside of my Indian dishes...interesting. The Annual Anna Glow Fest is coming up, and there will be a chili-cookoff. I wonder...I might experiment with that and see what's what. If nothing else, it should be interesting.

And I just noticed I was so emphatic about not putting much in, I had to repeat myself. For 2lbs of meat, I used about a teaspoon: 1.5tsp might have been better, but still not much :-)

I finally got around to seeking this out after you described it to me Friday at lunch. Good blend of beef :-)

I'll have to try the curry thing. It really sounds rather tasty.

Wow! That sounds interesting. I'll definitely give it a try the next time we do burgers.
