I'm throwing out the rules for the next couple of days, because I've been wanting to do this again for a while as it was so much fun last time. This is very nice and unselfish of Tom. It's almost like he cares :P

Now please write the ficlet where he sees her wearing it - it's just too sad if only Bill gets to enjoy it ;-)

It's almost like he was walking around one day and something caught his eye and made him think of someone and he tried to brush it off but then...
