I'm throwing out the rules for the next couple of days, because I've been wanting to do this again for a while as it was so much fun last time. Now that the Pentathlon and most gift exchanges are over, it seemed like a good idea, and I thought it might liven up the quietness of LJ a little bit too.

The adrenaline must still be pumping, because his entire body is shaking. Laura's hand shook when she reached out to touch him, and she figured it has to be exhaustion. She can't be anxious, not about this. She can't be hopeful either, that would be cruel

I don't see how Laura and Sam could be anything BUT complicated, if they developed feelings for one another. I love that Sam acknowledges that he isn't sure how he feels about getting Kara back.

I don't think any relationship on BSG can be uncomplicated.

I would have really liked to get more in depth with Sam's emotions/thoughts on his relationship with Kara. But that just might have been me wanting more of Sam -laugh-
