Sorry for the lateness...

I'll do the complete summary of last week's entries later on this evening, but I wanted to get this week's challenge.

1. As usual, choose a character. someone whose voice you feel comfortable with, or whose you'd like to get comfortable with.
2. ( Click here )

Cool challenge.

I forgot about the cigar awarding. I would give mine to Lee because that man with a stogie is one fine hotshot. Plus, I'd love to see Kara all jealous for it.

Hmmm. That gives me an idea. . . .

Er, not sure what to do with the cigar.

If ya give one to Apollo, it's nearly the same as giving it to Starbuck because he'll eventually give it to her.

Baltar - it may or may not go to Starbuck - 50/50 odds I'd guess.

Adama - it might not be smoked for the next five years, or it might be given to Starbuck.

Roslin - she's going to say thank you and wonder if you're out of your mind.

Billy - he'll blush and give it back.

Tyrol - he'll give it to his men.

Cally - she'll put in her pocket and say thanks. ;)

I guess after watching Litmus, I'd have to give one to poor Socinus - bless his little loyal to a fault heart.

:D I actually want to write something for her. I've got vague, wispy ideas and no plot to thread them together.

Dear Kate,

I'm awfully sorry to have flouted the rules with my post. In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have posted at all. Normally, I'm a real by-the-rules type. As for last night, I can only plead that I've been fighting a bad cold for days and, last night, the cold fought back. So, under the influence of Nyquil, and in a panic about the approach of the challenge deadline, I posted the piece recklessly, unedited. The lesson? Don't post under the influence (of Nyquil).

Again, my apologies. I'll stick to the straight and narrow from here on out.
